I had previously had problems with backup in my home after new gas lines were put in. I was told by Atmos that I had a leak in my pipe just recently. I was told that it was roots in my sewer pipe. I called Dent Plumbers to make repairs. Upon digging they found that the pipe didn't have roots and the pipe had been broken on the initial dig while laying the gas line. I am very satisfied with the assessment and correcting of the problem. The friendliness and professionalism of the techs were top notch.

Phillip from Dent’s was very knowledgeable, courteous patient and professional. Last Wednesday he ordered the part upon diagnosis, yet came days sooner when the part came in earlier than expected. I was glad, as it gets cold in this old house! When he began installing new part, he realized he needed assistance. Rather than reschedule me days later, he had Jonathan join him, and they completed the job in very little time. My heat is running now, and it sure feels good in here! Thank you, Phillip and Dent’s.

The service technician arrived early and went straight to work. He was very knowledgeable. My A/C unit has been acting strangely, but worked properly while the technician was at my home. Even so, he was able to troubleshoot a few things and identify a problem. Quick fix, good price, and great service.
